As the Firm Administrator at Anderson, Coe & King, L.L.P., Amanda is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the firm, including financial management, personnel management, operations/facilities management, technology management, and strategic planning.
With almost twenty years of professional experience in law firm administration, Amanda has over a decade of Administration/HR Management experience in Baltimore-based law firms, with an emphasis in human resources, employee relations, benefit administration, project coordination, policy development and process improvement.
Prior to starting with ACK in early 2012, Amanda was the Human Resources Manager at Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP, for almost 10 years. Amanda received her B.S. from Villa Julie College, and earned her PHR certification in 2006. Amanda has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators since 2003 and the Society of Human Resource Management since 2005.
Amanda served on the Board of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators from 2006 to 2011, and was President of the Chapter from April 2009 to March 2010. Amanda has also led and served on various committees of the Chapter since 2006, including serving as the Chapter Webmaster from 2010 to 2013.
